I’ve taught thousands of people in workshops and classes, and my focus is always to encourage students to challenge what their mind’s perception of what they are capable is - I’ve had students doing arm balances and headstands for the first time, and they might have been in their 20s or in their 70s, but discovering the joy of going beyond what they thought they could do is always incredible, and I want to share what I teach with YOU!

The three main Level Up Your Yoga courses are:

Joy of Heart Openers - Level Up Your Backbends

I wanted to create these courses after seeing the joy that students get from discovering how to understand and access poses. Many people gain enormous pleasure from exploring their bodies and discovering that they are capable of doing things they hadn’t imagined possible.

My background isn’t in dance or gymnastics, and I have had issues with my spine after a motorcycle accident in my 20s. Now, as a 40-something mother of 2, I want to share with you how I have created strength and mobility to access these poses and how I teach others to do the same. I have taught students from 4yo to 74yo to do headstands and arm balances! This is about finding your superpowers and building a solid foundation on which to build and level you your yoga practice.

In each course we’ll go through preparing the body, and look at how to approach a variety of different postures within that series (arm balances/inversions/backbends). There will also be some super awesome bonus content, as well as strengthening and mobility drills and exercises to physically prepare you - plus guidance on how we prepare the mind!
