I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years - a mixture of Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, with advanced learnings on applied physical and neuro-anatomy, all of which I blend in my teaching and practice.

My focus is to guide my students to feel strong and empowered from the inside out.

 

I came to yoga due to back injuries after a motorcycle accident in my early twenties, and not only regained mobility and body awareness, but also discovered that a greater sense of balance, peace and inner strength with every practice.  I approach each class, each student, and every personal practice session with a sense of curiosity and delight.  I hope that I can share this with you, and help you not only move your body in different ways, but also start to see how great your potential is for inner and outer strength!

I am a fully insured and qualified teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, and Mandala Flow yoga, as well as Pre and Post Natal (pregnancy and mother & baby) yoga. I also integrate my studies of physical anatomy and Neuro-anatomy, and apply these learnings to my classes. This may mean that we do some unusual movements - to gain more efficient and maximised results!

I also offer restorative and dynamic classes for public, private and corporate clients, as well as workshops, retreats and online learning.

Coming from a 15 year corporate background in luxury marketing in fashion and beauty brands (including Burberry, Coty, Pandora), I also offer wellness packages to businesses, to support physical and mental health while in a busy environment.
