Story telling: yoga is rich in mythology, and you can discover an entire section of yoga videos based on yogic myths and the movements they relate to. Explore the library of classes available here, with options to join in person classes live or online.

You can also give YOGA WITH ZAZ Gift Vouchers. Click here to order your voucher which can be sent by post or email

Modern Understanding of the body: while honouring the philosophy and ethics of yoga, advancements in understanding the human body mean that it is advantageous to our practice to question certain cues, and include learnings in neuroanatomy to rocket your practice (because the brain is the boss, so you’ll discover brain drills in many of the classes).

Student testimonials:

I am beyond grateful for finding Zaz. My enthusiasm for classes was low, because I felt so many classes were just the same thing over and over. When I found Zaz, it was like my creativity was finally sparked again. I use elements of her class in my practice, because I love a challenge and that is what she is all about. But the best part of her classes is she is so compassionate and loving in her style. I highly recommend Zaz again and again.

I wholeheartedly recommend yoga with Zaz, it's like medicine for the mind, body and soul.

Abi Onuoha

Keen Yogi, vinyasa teacher and Physiotherapist.

I’ve been attending Zaz’s Yoga classes for around 4 years now and I always feel physically and mentally challenged by them! She intertwines mobility, flexibility and strength beautifully in her flows and she teaches with such heartfelt warmth and passion. Don’t be fooled by her size — she is mini but mighty, so approach her classes with an open mind and a willingness to try something new!

People come to yoga classes for so many different reasons (and possibly avoid for just as many!). I call it the Messy Room - read the journal post about it here… whether you come into the messy room to tidy up by calming the mind, strengthening the body or increasing flexibility, I truly believe that through yoga practice we can come to those things and more - this is part of self care, and you can access my FREE guide to self-care in the free yoga resource section - please help yourself!

For me, the best moments of teaching come as students surprise themselves and discover a new layer of self-belief to take off the mat or out of that messy room into their lives. If what you come away with from the Messy Room, aka yoga practice, is a calmer mind, mental space from hitting pause and a stronger and more flexible body, then that’s a definite win, and worth the time spent on your mat!

Taking time for yourself, time to shut the door on the demands of to-do lists, in GROUP CLASSES (live or on Zoom) we move through dynamic movement sequences - predominantly Vinyasa and Mandala Vinyasa for all levels - with intention and fun, focusing on the breath, surprising ourselves and challenging our mind's perceptions and assumptions about what we are capable of.  At the end of practice students may not only have hit pause for a while, to give themselves a break from daily life, but also perhaps have a few more tools with which to approach different situations in life, to be flexible, strong, and accepting on and off the mat.

Additionally, there are yoga workshops, yoga retreats, and one-to-one sessions available (see below for more) - plus why not bring yoga into the workplace? Contact me for more information

For corporate clients, there are a variety of options available - from regular weekly classes in house, to planning team sessions and workshops.  Taking the time to pause and reset both mind and body with yoga practice in the workplace, or for team building activities has proven benefits to well-being as well as productivity and overall wellness - GET IN TOUCH to ask about yoga for groups or individuals at work

I hope we meet soon!

More than just pretty pictures

We all have those moments when we simply can't do something

Can't

Not won't, not shouldn't, can't.

But do we say "can't" before we say "I'll try"?  Do we say "I can't YET"? or just banish possibilities before we've had time to decide whether they are truly not physically possible, or just impractical?

I can't possibly make time to do yoga.... is it can't, or won't?  I went through periods when I was working in a corporate marketing job, then racing home to be with my daughter, and told myself that while I knew I should be doing yoga, I just physically couldn't make the time.  But I could.  I just wouldn't.

I was overwhelmed by life and I couldn't see how I could find the time.  Yet I found the time to eat (usually), and found the time to go to meetings, and found the time to be available when I was asked to be.  Eventually, I realised that I had to block a space in my work diary as busy, and left the office for that period - replenishing my body, my spirit made me better able to handle my job, made me a happier person, let me know that I was honouring myself, and let others know that I had enough self-love to give myself what I needed.

As for things that we think are physically impossible, and only the super-flexible, or super-strong can achieve - with time and with effort and commitment, with baby steps towards our goals, we unlock our potential.  We discover that we can surprise our mind's denial of ourselves, we can take the voice that says "you can't", and tell it gently

"shh, just watch me try".
